What's Your Secret Sauce

In terms of human capital, I possess the skills of: Information analysis, able to be a part of a team as well as lead a team if the need arises, youthful energy and able to speak to two languages.

Information analysis, as I interpret is the ability to get large pieces of raw information and process it to see the possibility of using it to some beneficial end. Case in point would be seeing the market potential of a company through surveys and the like.

Ability to be in a team: I am a team-player by most accounts and am willing to defer the course of action to another person. That being said, I will not idly allow that person to guide the team without any input whatsoever. My main objective in this role is to always help the team in any possible capacity.

Ability to lead a team: The necessary skills needed to lead a team were learned while I was in high-school managing its student council as president. Guidance and encouragement will be given to my fellow team members while respecting their considerations for action to attain the group's final objective.

Youthful energy: Youth is the ultimate driving force to achieve something as it makes everything so much easier to accomplish as you have the endurance and hope on your side to do anything. Experience is something I lack and find helps me not be deterred by what may seem like a scary risk from seasoned veterans that don't have the initiative to risk everything.

Ability to speak two languages: I speak both English and Spanish perfectly and have the capacity to easily incorporate Portuguese as a third language. Other avenues may also be open to me such as looking into learning French or German as I know their cousin languages thus, making it easier to learn.

This interview focused on how I like to help people as well as how I am honest. In addition, he goes onto talk in detail about how I like to help people

This was a rather quick interview. He mentioned how I know a lot and use that information to enlighten others.

https://youtu.be/kyU9r5EN4eE

This interview is actually a two in one as both of the people thought it would be easier this way. Now in this interview, they talked about how I was inquisitive to opportunities to help others.

I see myself as a helper of sorts and that matches up perfectly with how people see me. Another thing  mentioned was how much knowledge I had to use at a minute's notice. That was something, I didn't really see myself as. My interviewees were correct about me as well as adding things I never really thought of myself as. If I had the opportunity, the first part of this assignment would have ability to be in a team changed to always looking to help as it has a similar meaning yet, being more broad.

Hi Micheal,
Sounds like you have a great skill set for being an entrepreneur! I think you are pretty good at looking at your own strengths and analyzing how they could be useful as both a leader and colleague. I can tell from your interviews that everything you talked about really is true and I think the fact that all of your interviews revolved around how you help others points out a very important trait that can be useful in almost any situation. Michael,
Even though you did not mention in detail some of the things people close to you said, they are still details of he type of person you see yourself as: a leader. You mentioned your ability to be in a team as well as lead one, and that requires great people skills as well as being able to use all nof your knowledge on the spot. Even though it may be worded differently, you still have a great perception of yourself, I also see myself as great with understanding and working with others, and others thought so as well.
